South Dublin County Council and Dublin City Council have developed a really cool advert to promote food waste prevention.
This adverts highlights the need for vigilance in buying food that we don’t need and won’t use. The dangers of ‘special offers’ and ‘two for ones’ are shown. If we don’t eat the food we buy, it always ends up costing more.
The message is, especially at Christmas: buy only the food you need. Watch it here on Youtube, or like this advert on the South Dublin County Council Facebook page here
