Galway County Council is holding an event on Thursday evening 27th October as part of National Reuse Month. The event in the Claregalway Hotel will bring together individuals, groups and organisations actively participating in reusing materials. On display will be a large variety of upcycling techniques, demonstrating the potential diversity of many materials. The event will bring together individuals, groups and businesses.
The Council is encouraging the public to come along to the event and see examples of how reuse, repair and upcycling can be successfully achieved – clothes, furniture, glassware, art and craft etc. The event is open to the public and is free of charge – see the flyer here.
