Monaghan hosts successful conference on TidyTowns “Sustainable Waste Management & Resource Use”

Monaghan County Council has hosted a highly successful conference in Castleblayney focusing on the TidyTowns category “Sustainable Waste Management & Resource Use”, often known as SWARM. Several interesting case studies on successful entries to the EPA’s Special Award on Waste Prevention were presented by participants, as well as various workshops to inspire communities with ideas for the SWARM category.  Presentations can be seen here.
