The 2011 Plenary meeting of the Local Authority Prevention Nework will be held in the Ardilaun House Hotel, Galway on Thursday, March 31st, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Plenary will comprise presentations from some of the successful LAPN projects and programmes including:
- Cavan Fleadh Ceoil
- Thomond Park, LImerick
- Midleton Food fair, Co. Cork
- Monaghan Food waste cost study
- Wicklow Food waste programme
Presentations will also be made by the Clean Technology Centre on useful tools and ideas for waste prevention.

The Plenary is open to local authority staff, and there is no charge to attend.
