Kilkenny County Council (with support from Monaghan County Council) has provided a training seminar to local pubs and Monaghan County Council’s Prevention booklet: Calling Time on Waste, was distributed to help publicans and restaurants reduce costs and prevent waste.
The Seminar was held on 6th October, 2009 in The Hotel Kilkenny, College Rd, Kilkenny City
