Galway County Council in conjunction with Clifden Tidy Towns organised a Household Hazardous Waste Prevention event in Clifden. 2013.
The aim of the demonstration was to assist householders become more aware of household hazardous material and how it can be prevented through the use of alternative produces, in the home. There was great interest in the demonstration with over 50 people in attendance.
The event was held in the Station House Hotel on the 3rd December 2013.
