Cavan County Council, Limerick County Council and Limerick City Council have produced materials to encourage householders to prevent waste, especially food waste, this Christmas.
In Cavan the County Council has produced an advertisement to be published in the Anglo Celt newspaper, in support of a Green Christmas and food waste prevention.
Limerick City and County Councils have produced a factsheet to promote a green Christmas with a lot of information about food waste prevention, recycling and other initiatives locally.
