Stop Food Waste School Cooking Programme

Louth County Council is initiating a second phase of the Stop Food Waste School Cooking Programme with local chef Tara Walker. This involves a series of five cooking demonstrations in two schools with an emphasis on reducing food waste, and includes participants cooking the dishes at home between demos.
