Reuse Workshop for Children on Reuse at Halloween

Carlow County Council has provided a series of reuse workshops for children through the local Library network during the Halloween Midterm break. The workshops engaged local crafts people to work with children to create repurposed items through craft workshops. The month of October is both National Reuse Month and the national Children’s Book Festival.
