Measures to Green a Local Community

Prevention for Community Groups

Laois County Council are undertaking measures to green a local community, including installing a compost unit at a new community hub with compost being reused in the village. Other actions in the programme include educational activities in the hub and wider community, and an energy efficiency audit at the community hall.
