Establishing a Community Paint Reuse Scheme

Limerick City and County Council is developing a Paint Reuse Scheme engaging local social enterprise, Tait House, who are setting up a paint reuse processing unit at the Galvone estate in Limerick City. Paint collection is in the process of being set up at the local civic amenity site. The paint will be made available to local charities, organisations, and families at affordable prices. Once up and running, the scheme will be supported with an online promotion campaign. The scheme is expected to be officially launched later in the second half of 2021.
